Themed as a tented safari camp, The Boma is the perfect place to forget about the outside world and truly enjoy your time with your friends, guests or work colleagues. 

Set under large established trees in a cobbled courtyard in an area teaming with wildlife such as monkeys, duiker, bushbuck, and many beautiful and rare birds unique to Eastern Cape, The Boma genuinely offers a special experience which will never be forgotten.

We also provide catering for your special occasions with a selection of menus that are guaranteed to accommodate all your individual requirements - from light fare to full course meals, and we'll gladly work with you to find which menu best suits your guests needs.  The cash bar at The Boma is fully licensed and fully stocked, while our bartenders and wait staff are all highly trained and work with only one aim in mind - to make your time at The Boma absolutely unforgettable.

There is no charge for our Dance Floor at The Boma as the venue hire cost includes this space. We unfortunately do not have a DJ but do offer the use of our CD player and prefer to suggest that you provide music that your guests are certain to enjoy. Should you require the services of a DJ, we will be more than happy to acquire one at an additional cost.

In our efforts to make your time at The Boma as memorable as possible we also provide entertainment such as Belly Dancers and Bongo Drummers, while Bonfires or Jumping Castles can also be arranged.

Within easy driving distance from central Port Elizabeth (5km from Walmer), The Boma is close enough to fit into the logistics of any occasion.
